    夏日2周减肥计划-第一日

      哈哈.15日晚和心心约定好了..1个月能从153斤减到140斤的话.我就达成了减肥计划.
      姑且不谈计划成功的奖励,但是如实记载减肥的行动或许是一个动力.或许若干年后拿出来看下也是件幸事啊.
      好了.今天是减肥第一天.
      早上就吃了煮鸡蛋+泡饭+几块带鱼.还有半个咸鸭蛋...貌似有些多..不过还好.早上多吃点,中午就不会太饿了..
       中午么秉持不吃猪肉的作风..点了鸭子..其实没几块.就3.4块肉.还以骨头居多..吃了黄瓜和包菜..两样瘦身菜..还有一两饭
       哈哈..一两饭哦...现在下午13:12分.距离吃午饭已经过了1个小时多了..肚子有点饿了哎...忍住
       现在的我已经开始幻想晚上吃什么了....天啊.我减的下去么....

    其实我不想发表什么评论,不过海龟极力要求我说两句,那姐姐我就谈谈吧.早晨一定要吃好,牛奶+面包、蛋糕、鸡蛋;重要一定要吃饱,别管什么猪食,狗食,只管撑下去,撑到下不去停止;晚饭吃少,吃点菜就OK,最好别吃饭。
    我曾经2个礼拜不碰米饭,光吃菜,不管素菜还是荤菜都吃,减了10+,现在一直保持中。嘿嘿
    叫声姐姐偶会再讲下心得的~~~~

    还没过掉早上,你就在想中午,晚上吃什么了。。。= =!!
    早上一碗泡饭 中午一碗 晚上别吃了,特别是夜宵,千万不能吃。^^
    这样一个月,保证减8-10斤   ^^
