    夏日减肥计划--第三日

    5月18日    闷天
       毛的鬼天气...人都要闷死了...办公室连个风扇都没有..简直就是蒸笼...
        早饭..照例..
        午饭..梅菜扣肉....我一块肉都没吃啊....只吃了梅菜...因为打饭的大婶打给我全是肥肉..他是在帮我么??深刻的体会到减肥的路上我不是一个人...我不是一个人....蔬菜是书记和包菜...饭...一小坨(靠.下次你们来写)老子就这么打....
        多吃点蔬菜么肯定是对减肥有好处的哇....大家说对伐...
        下午回家吃了根香蕉喝了杯番茄汁..减肥还是要不忘营养的...
         晚饭争取不吃了.....
         昨天晚上做了80个仰卧起坐..嘿嘿.....
